1562The tram here is running at quite a decent speed: it has just completed its rapid ascent up Vladimirskaya and is turning into the flat terrain on Saksaganskogo, almost without braking. There used to be a red light for traffic in the opposite direction along Saksaganskogo, activated by the tram — so that the latter would not be forced to stop while going uphill.

1564Old houses and an old tram line on Gogolevskaya, in the block between Bulvarno-Kudryavskaya and Pavlovskaya. Trams ran here up until 1991.

1574With Mr Lenin and the obligatory SLAVA KPSS (Long Live the CPSU) slogan. At least neither of these Soviet attributes prevent the trams from exercising their everyday functions.

1578Undergoing repair in the Lukyanovka Depot workshop. This time, the slogan in the background is telling something about production and enthusiasm of the workers...

1579Lukyanovskaya Ploschad, near the depot by the same name. As many as three trams are maneuvering, pulling in or out. 1579 is on route 15, bound for Otradny.
