503 | | Most probably on the grounds of Depot No. 2 soon after it went into service. The territory around the depot is still quite pristine: an industrial zone in this neighborhood of Shulyavka has yet to be developed. [Aare Olander collection, 08.1961] |

512 | | Another rare photo: an MTB-82 at the Rybkombinat terminus
of route 8. The line from downtown to the neighborhood of Chokolovka along
Vozduhoflotskoe Shosse was constructed at the beginning of the 1950s;
at first, it terminated here before being extended to Aeroport a little later.
In the 1970s, this turning loop was liquidated and replaced with another one
at Smelyanskaya Ulitsa, a little closer to downtown, which is where it is today. [Aare Olander collection] |

| | This is most probably on the central thoroughfare of
Nivki, Ulitsa Scherbakova. An unknown trolleybus is serving route 6,
with a standard Communist slogan adorning its front planel. [State Photo Archive of Ukraine, 08.11.1963] |

| | The beginning of Kreschatik viewed from the intersection with Sverdlova (Proreznaya) towards Ploschad Kalinina (Nezavisimosti).
Two MTB-82s are moving towards each other, miscellaneous passenger cars are
in the middle of the roadway (in particular, trailing the trolleybus near us
is a Moskvich-401, modeled after the German Opel Kadet following World War II).
Post-war buildup (this part of the street had been blown up thoroughly by Soviet secret agents in September 1941) is in full progress. [State Photo Archive of Ukraine, 12.1950] |
