MAZ — A BELORUSSIAN NEWCOMER ON KIEV ROUTES

MAZes came to Depot No.2 in 2005 and were numbered analogously to their colleagues from Depot No.1, i.e., from 2701 upwards. More were scheduled to arrive, but to such an extent did the depot staff dislike the new vehicles that a firm "No!" was pronounced. The lucky thirteen remained, and further trolleybuses meant for this depot ended up in Depot No.3.

Machines 2701 through 2713 can be spotted on routes 5, 7, 16, 18, 25, 26, 27, 39.
